Police: Man charged with human trafficking after investigating prostitution ring

COLUMBIA, Ky. (WHAS11) – A Columbia, Kentucky man is charged with human trafficking after an investigation into a prostitution ring involving young girls.   Adulfo Deaquino Cacino, 27, was arrested by Kentucky State Police.   He is charged with human trafficking and unlawful transaction with a minor and illegal sex act under 16 years of age.
