WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. (AP) -- A police spokesman says abandoned dogs, cats, roosters, chickens and ducks have been removed from a filthy eastern Kentucky home.    Williamsburg police spokesman Shawn Jackson tells The Times-Tribune most of the animals were found in the backyard of a house where officials had received complaints.    Jackson says when law enforcement and animal control officials ......
